Santa Cruz Once again, Specialized Auto has saved my Olvo from the junkyard. It does not break often, but when it does it is something that needs their touch. This time, the 740 wagon was discharging only while I drove it - it checked out perfectly fine when towed in. All the tests were run, I had a loaner from them - and they asked if they could keep it overnight for further testing. They went in under the hood and while closely inspecting things, they noticed a slight smoky odor - which led them to a burnt voltage regulator that was only malfunction under a heavy load... The complete diagnosis and repair was under $200 and I am impressed with the service I received from each person I talked to there. Thanks again!

Santa Cruz Failed smog test caused me a bit of panick.my first instinct was to go to William Miichel automotive because they have the best experience and work performance, the diagnostic work was done promptly and accurately. the price was high but reasonble.I am a firm believer of "you get what you pay for", Excellent work performance and customer courtesy is waht I want and i got it here. I want to go nowhere else for all of my auto repairs,big or small.
